India Vs Pakistan: What’s Happening At Border?

The conflict between India and Pakistan is taking new twists and terms every single day, and we are observing a diverse range of events almost on a daily basis. With the military operations, starting in a full blown manner, where are observing more and more peculiar developments.

In this context, here is a look at the latest series of events pertaining to the situation at the border and bilateral movement between India and Pakistan.

The turning point was air strikes by India on 9th May and the morning of 10th May, it was a 'hell fire' by India. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, after talking to Pakistan Chief of Army Staff, Asim Munir, called EAM Dr S Jaishankar and informed that Pakistan is ready to talk.

India made it clear that talks should be between DGMOs and no one else. Pakistan DGMO requested for the time with the Indian counterpart at 1 pm on 10th May.

It is to be noted that India informed Pakistan's DGMO on 7th May that it had conducted strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan, but he did not respond. He asked for time after India conducted strikes on air bases.

For now, the situation is under control and Asees, where agreement could be reached just on time, but a lot will depend on how Pakistan uphold the agreement.
