Jagan to launch Asheervad Yatra from October

AP Chief Minister will launch his bid for re-election with a massive yatra from next month. YS Jagan, who rode to power in 2019 in the wake of a 3000-km long padayatra, is now planning to go on Asheervada Yatra to reach out to the people and seek their support for another stint as chief minister.

YS Jagan is planning to explain the achievments of his government to the people. He is planning to hold meetings – small and big – to reach out to the people. At the same time, he is planning to hold meetings of the party workers to energise and motivate them for the upcoming elections.

Jagan Mohan Reddy is reportedly going to meet the prospective candidates and speak to them about the campaign model to be adopted. He is reportedly preparing to talk to them about the caste combinations and the strategies to be adopted to convince the voters in the respective constituencies.

The yatra would also be useful in assessing the impact of Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest on the voters of the state. Jagan would be touring the state at a time when Chandrababu Naidu would be behind the bars. The TDP would be both leaderless and rudderless. Jagan hopes to take advantage of the disarray in the TDP.
