Kavitha Yet To Get Relief Even After 100 Days In Custody!

The much-talked-about Delhi Liquor Scam case had shaken the Telangana politics earlier with a war of words between the parties. In a massive twist, KCR's daughter Kavitha was arrested and sent to jail. Even her arrest was a sensation back then. KTR questioned the way she was arrested.

The ED officials reached Hyderabad earlier in March and conducted searches. After the search, she was taken to the national capital Delhi. It's been 100 days since she was arrested. Despite this, she is yet to get relief in the case.

It's been 100 days since she was sent to the Tihar Jail. On one hand, Kavitha's lawyers are moving the Courts regularly seeking her bail. On the other hand, the ED is saying she would influence the witnesses and requested the Court to not grant the bail.

So far she was not given bail in the case. As another big shock, her custody was extended by the Court. Recently the Court pushed her custody till the 7th of July which says she has to stay in custody for two more weeks.

Kavitha's custody has been extended by the Court multiple times in the case so far. With this, her stay in the Court is increasing. Talking about her bail, the ED has been saying that she destroyed evidence in the case and a few devices like Phones were destroyed by her.

The ED told the Court a few times that Kavitha would influence the evidence if she is given bail. We have to wait and see when she would get the relief in the liquor scam in which the CM was also arrested.
