What Happened In Kavitha's Case So Far?

A lot of developments happened in the Delhi Liquor Scam the other day. A team of ED officials landed in Hyderabad and conducted raids at the residence of MLC Kavitha. After the raids, she was taken into custody and taken to the national capital Delhi.

As per the information MLC Kavitha underwent the medical checkups as per the rules. It is said that the doctors arrived at the ED office to perform the tests. As the medical tests are performed she is likely to be produced before the special court soon.

A few emotional scenes were reported at Kavitha's residence while she was leaving. It was also reported that a few devices and documents were seized by the ED officials. Later she was given the notice and taken into custody.

She was arrested in the evening the other day and was taken to Delhi in the night. Kavitha's arrest was made in connection with the Delhi Liquor Case and the South Group which is said to have lobbied.

After Kavitha's arrest, BRS leaders alleged that the arrest was illegal as she was arrested wantedly. Reports also said that KTR had an argument with a few ED officials over Kavitha's arrest.

The Delhi Liquor scam which increased the political heat in Delhi also sent shocking waves in Telangana as Kavitha's name popped up. A few people from the state were also arrested in the case. A son of an MP from AP was also sent to jail and released on bail.

As Kavitha would be produced before the Court all eyes are on the Court to see what happens next. It is said that Kavitha might challenge her arrest in court.
