The land auction helped the state see big income as the auction proved the potential of the real estate sector. Thousands of crores were earned with the Kokapet land sales.
The previous Telangana government planned a BRS office complex. The foundation stone for the centre of excellence was also laid by KCR earlier. A pooja was also held following the rituals.
Now the land allocation took a big turn as a petition was filed in the court seeking a case against KCR, Principal Secretary, and others. There were a few objections to the land allocation as 11 acres of land was given for the establishment at a cheaper price. KCR and other officials were listed as the defendants in the case.
A petition was filed and the High Court heard the petition. The Court heard the arguments of both sides and said that it will hear the petition along with another petition that was filed earlier seeking similar directives.
Earlier Four For Good Governance filed a petition on the same issue with the court. Now the High Court said that both petitions will be heard together.
The petition has created a sensation in the state as it involves KCR, the former Chief Minister. He is not keeping well these days and he is recovering from his health condition.
BRS fans have been waiting for KCR to come out and meet the cadres as the Lok Sabha elections are fast approaching. Amid this, the case saw a big development. Now all eyes are on the court to see what would happen in the case next.
