K. Keshava Rao’s Sensational Comments On Telangana Formation!

Telangana formation episode is a mix of sensations and big fights. The demand which has been going for a very long time saw intense movement in the late 2000s. Putting an end to this, the state was formed making it the youngest state. Telangana was carved out of the combined state making two Telugu states.

No doubt in saying that TRS played a big role in this. KCR sat for a hunger strike and the state saw tense scenes. With this, the Congress party gave in to the demand and carved out the state.

However, there is a big criticism that the TRS which is now BRS tried to take the sole credit of achieving the demand. Adding fuel to this, the BRS leaders often dub KCR as the man who stood tall in the demand and achieved this.

Amid this, senior BRS MP K. Keshava Rao made some crucial comments on the state formation and Telangana formation. He said that the state was not formed by singing songs and dancing but a big fight went in.

“The state formation did not happen by singing songs and dancing. It did not happen with Dharnas, public meetings and Rasta Roko. The demand was fulfilled with the bill getting passed. No words can describe the fight the Congress MPs did,” KK said.

KK made these sensational comments in the wake of reports that he would join the Congress party soon. He recently met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. It is said that he will wear the Congress shawl soon.
