What Stopped Big Leaders From Reacting To CBN's Arrest?

It is known that Telugu Desam Party supremo Chandrababu Naidu who served as the Chief Minister of combined Andhra Pradesh and the divided state was arrested in an alleged scam. When he was arrested, many felt that the national media would give extensive coverage.

However, the national media was occupied with the G20 summit in Delhi and no big coverage was given. While that is the case with the national media, the focus went on to the national leaders.

But the twist in the tale came when none of the national leaders reacted to this. Earlier, Chandrababu Naidu played a big role in a few alliances at the Centre and brought the leaders and parties together. Despite this, no leader reacted to his arrest.

TDP has been having friendly ties with the NDA alliance since NTR time. Chandrababu Naidu continued it. Till 2018, the friendship was intact. But Chandrababu Naidu came out of the alliance ahead of the elections which was a big shock.

It is said that BJP is still angry at him for what he did and that's why no central leaders reacted to his arrest. Seeing this, the other ally parties of the Bharatiya Janata Party are also said to be keeping silent on the issue.

Talking about the INDIA alliance, it was formed against the BJP to defeat it in the Lok Sabha polls. The alliance also did not react. Though the alliance put up a tweet condemning the arrest, no big leader came out to react except for West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

As Chandrababu Naidu is leaning towards the BJP and is showing interest in allying with the BJP, the INDIA alliance might have felt that he would join hands with the saffron party and hence there is no need to support him in the tough time.
