HYDRA Demolitions:BRS MLA Has A Few Questions!

There is no debate in saying that the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRA) action is the most-talked-about issue in the state. Common people are praising the work of the agency as the illegal constructions are being brought down. The issue took a political turn.

Amid this BRS MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao reacted to this and raised a few questions. The MLA shed light on the concerns of property owners who bought the lands and buildings without knowing that the properties were encroached on.

The MLA supported the HYDRA demolitions as they are illegal constructions. However, he asked what about common people who purchased lands there without knowing the encroachments and other aspects.

He said that people purchased lands and houses that are in FTL and buffer zones. Expressing concerns about people who purchased the houses the MLA asked what happens to them and what about the hard-earned money they spent on this.

Common people purchase properties with all their savings. He asked if HYDRA could take action on the builders who sold the houses to people in these lands. The MLA asked what about the money they spend on the properties.

On the other hand, the MLA also shot a few questions on the officials from the concerned departments who granted the permissions initially. He asked if any action would be taken against them or not.

What the MLA asked are the same points a few common people asked. When the media took the reaction of a few people they asked the same points. Now we have to say what the government has to say on this.
