Kapu Leader Mudragada Padmanabham, His Son Joins YCP!

Andhra Pradesh will go to elections in a few months. Ahead of this, we are seeing big developments which can change the political equations. The ruling YSRCP is seeing big names coming into the party. The new joinings will make the party even much stronger, the political experts say.

For some time it has been reported that Veteran Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham It has been reported that a few YCP leaders are holding talks with him and the talks are giving a positive positive and we might see Mudragada in the YCP camp.

Making the reports true Mudragada Padmanabham and his son Giri joined the YCP. The father-son duo was formally inducted into the party. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy welcomed them by offering party shawls.

The move is seen as a game-changer to checkmate Pawan Kalyan. The political gossip says that wherever Pawan contests either Mudragada or his son would be fielded as its candidate and this is why they were invited to the party.

The other day Pawan Kalyan said that he decided to contest from the Pithapuram seat as it is the birthplace of Sripada Sri Vallabha. The Janasena supporters are happy that Pawan Kalyan at least picked a constituency putting an end to suspense.

The TDP leaders in Pithapuram were not happy with this and held a protest as they wanted SVSN Varma to get the ticket. They even said they wouldn't let Pawan Kalyan win the elections. Against this backdrop, if Mudragada or his son is fielded as a candidate then things might get tough for Pawan Kalyan. It would not be a wonder if this happens.
