His wife Vasundhra has assets worth Rs 140.38 Cr. Their son Nandamuri Mokshagna Teja has assets worth Rs 58.63 Cr. On the other hand, Balakrishna has debts worth Rs 9.9 Cr, while his wife has Rs 3.83 crores debt.

After submitting the application, Nandamuri Balakrishna expressed his confidence in winning. He said that he developed the region by providing water and constructing the roads. Thanking the voters for giving him a chance twice, he said that he will win the seat with a big margin.
