Artificial Intelligence is the current phenomenon that has the potential to take over the world. We have seen how it transformed a few things with its capability. All we saw was just the tip of the iceberg and its full potential is yet to be explored. In a big step to understand that Open AI made a sensational move.

Artificial intelligence company Open AI which grabbed everyone’s attention with ChatGPT had launched SearchGPT which is seen as a competitor for the Google search engine. Once it gets clicked with the users then it might give a tough competition to Google and it might even dominate it.

OpenAI launched SearchGPT, a search engine backed by artificial intelligence. A prototype was launched which gives timely answers with relevant sources. However, only limited users were given access to this. Based on the feedback it might undergo some changes.

Google has been a giant search engine. But SearchGPT has the potential to beat Google and it might even send it out of the race. AI is the blooming technology and the search engine has the backing of AI that can change everything.

Drawing a difference between traditional search engines and Search GPT, AI-backed engines give the information of the source links so that they can know from where the info is coming. In traditional search engines, we get the links to related web pages. Instead, the Search GPT gives the source links.

Not just Google, the Search GPT might give a tough fight to Microsoft Edge, and Bing. We would get clarity on its capabilities once the users who got access to the search engine give their feedback on how they feel.

“We’re testing SearchGPT, a temporary prototype of new AI search features that give you fast and timely answers with clear and relevant sources. We’re launching with a small group of users for feedback and plan to integrate the experience into ChatGPT,” OpenAI said.
