The media reports say that RS Praveen Kumar is likely to be the BRS candidate from the Nagarkurnool seat, one of the two seats that were allocated to the BSP as part of the alliance with the opposition BRS.
It is said that RS Praveen Kumar met BRS chief KCR after quitting the BSP and the outcome of the meeting is that he might be the candidate from the Nagarkurnool MP seat. If everything goes well the party might make a formal announcement on this.
The media reports say that BSP chief Mayawati's stand on the alliance is the reason behind RS Praveen Kumar leaving the party. As he left the party he might be a candidate for the BRS party.
RS Praveen Kumar met KCR a few days back and a crucial meeting was held for the alliance for the Lok Sabha elections. BSP was given two seats-Hyderabad and Nagarkurnool. However, Mayavati is said to be unhappy with the two seats.
