Sharmila's humiliation complete, party workers call her opportunist

YSRTP president YS Sharmila's humiliation is complete now. Despite walking hundreds of miles slamming all political parties, she withdrew from the contest in the nick of the time. What is more shocking is that the Congress Party, in whose favour Sharmila opted out of the contest, has not even bothered to thank her for her gesture.

Now, several party leaders, including senior leader Gattu Ramachandra Rao, Satyavathi and Sanjeeva Rao have slammed Sharmila for bartering away party's interests. They addressed a press conference on Tuesday and said that she has ditched the party leaders for furthering her own interests.

Interestingly, all these leaders termed her as an Andhraite and chanted Sharmila Go Back slogans. They said she was in Telangana only to rob the riches from Bayyaram mines. They alleged that Sharma has no love whatsoever for Telangana and its people. They said she was in Telangana only to loot the state.

The other day, YS Sharmila has announced that her party would extend unconditional support to the Congress Party. This has come as a rude shock for some of the leaders, who wanted to contest on her party's ticket. Sharmila's sudden decision without getting anything in return has come under fire from her supporters.
