It is known that AP CID arrested TDP supremo Chandrababu in connection with the Skill Development case. Chandrababu Naidu is in the Rajahmundry Central Jail now. With this, he filed special leave petitions in the AP High Court and Supreme Court seeking bail. He also filed petitions in ACB Court on his remand.

Advocate General Sriram placed his arguments in the High Court that Chandrababu should not be given bail. He told the court the same during the arguments in the high court on his anticipatory bail in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case. He said that section 428 won't apply in different cases. He told the court that different transactions happened in the Skill Development Scam and Inner Ring Road cases.

Saying that Chandrababu Naidu is the key conspirator in the case, the AG requested not to give him bail.

On the other hand, ACB lawyer Vivekananda sought a hearing on Chanrababu’s custody petition in Vijayawada ACB Court. He sought custody for a few more days. Saying that Chandrababu did not cooperate with them in the two days' custody, he sought another custody. The judge said that the arguments in the case will be heard after the afternoon. ACB court will hear the custody petition and Chandrababu’s bail petition. CID filed a petition objecting to his bail. It sought five days of custody.

The High Court accepted the petition filed by former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar on the Skill scam involving Chandrababu. The bench to hear the petition was also fixed. However, it is said that one judge has objections to the hearing. Justice Raghunandan Rao reportedly said Not Before Me.

Talking about the petition filed with the Supreme Court it saw a lot of twists and turns. The bench said no to the hearing with one judge raising objections. However, the CJI-led bench said yes to hear the petition and the arguments started. Shortly after starting the arguments, the petition was adjourned. It is said that the next hearing was adjourned to the 3rd of October. The petition will be listed before another bench on the said date.
