America is the preferred destination for the students for higher studies. Those who have big dreams for the future want to move to the United States. Compared to others, Indian students prefer the US more. Due to various reasons, the number of Indian students is increasing there.

On the other hand, the Indian students are passing away in the US. This year is very concerning as just a few months into the year, as many as ten students passed away in various incidents. The latest incident took the number to ten raising many concerns.

Going into details, an Indian student who is pursuing his higher studies passed away in the US state of Ohio. The exact reason behind his death is not known yet and the concerned authorities launched an investigation to know the reasons. The issue raised many concerns as this is not the first incident this year.

The Indian Consulate took to social media to announce the sad news. Saying that what happened was unfortunate, the Consulate said that it is in touch with the family in India. The Consulate also said that it is offering all the support to see that the mortal remains of the victim are sent to India.

Talking about the victim, he is identified as Uma Satya Sai Gadde who hails from Telugu land. While he is said to be a Telugu man there are no details about him.

"Deeply saddened by the unfortunate demise of Mr. Uma Satya Sai Gadde, an Indian student in Cleveland, Ohio," the Indian Consulate said on social media. Sai is pursuing his studies in Cleveland, Ohio.

2024 has been a painful one for the Indian students and the latest one marks the 10th incident. Earlier, the White House reacted to the incidents involving Indian students and said that an investigation will be launched.
