Trump Towers: Not For Typical Hyderabadis, Only For 1 Section!

The world famous Trump Towers are going to arrive in Hyderabad very soon as this project has been publicly announced yesterday. There is a lot of discussion happening on this super luxurious construction project that could change the residential space in the city.

But if we look at the actual parameters with regard to the financial matters, it needs to be said that the Trump Towers is not going to be for the typical Hyderabadi people. It is going to be a super luxurious construction that will have a lot of financial impact.

This project will primarily have 3.5 BHK to 4BHK flats in the vicinity. At the base level, each flat is expected to be sold for at least ₹5 to ₹10 crore.This is going to be one of the costliest residential projects in Hyderabad, and certainly one of the wealthiest in all of India as well.

On this topic, the Trump Towers posted “Introducing Trump Towers Hyderabad, rising on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet. Twin 65-storey towers connected by a suspended sky bridge and crowned by the landscaped Trump Club. More than 450 residences, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and private lift lobbies are setting a new benchmark for the city’s skyline.”

This is going to be one of the hallmark luxury projects in the Hyderabad residential landscape. The fact that each apartment could be casting in the range of ₹5 to ₹10 crore is indicating the same.

Along with that, there are 16 penthouses that are going to be constructed in this project and eight of them have already been sold for ₹250 crore. There is this one particular penthouse that has been sold for ₹62 crore already.

This is not the kind of the project that can be afforded by a typical Hyderabad citizen on a salary basis. So it can perhaps be argued that this project is almost entirely reserved for the ultra luxurious population of the city.
