Business Tycoon Adani Alleges Agenda Behind Hindenburg Report!

Gautam Adani is a name that needs no introduction. The business tycoon stunned everyone with a massive rise in his empire during the lockdown. Gautam Adani even became the second richest person in the world at one point of time. However, everything went for a toss with one report.

The Hindenburg report created a sensation with its report in which it alleged a few irregularities. The report said that the group indulged in stock manipulation and tax havens were also wrongly used. With this Adani empire came down crashing leading to the fall of Adani stock prices.

However, Gautam Adani bounced back from this quickly. He made some interesting comments on the report and alleged that it was designed to defame the company. Addressing the shareholders, Gautam Adani made these comments raising many eyeballs.

The Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Adani group was held. Talking about the Hindenburg report he said it was designed to defame them. He even said that a two-sided attack was launched. The financial condition of the group was attacked and the issue was given a political flavour, he said.

Shedding light on the time of the attack Gautam Adani said that shortly ahead of closing the follow-on public offer (FPO), the attack was made with severe allegations. Despite this we stood tall and bounced back, Adani said.

The issue created a sensation in the country. The opposition parties blamed the BJP alleging it of favouring Gautam Adani. The issue even reached the Supreme Court. However, he was given a clean chit. The Apex Court said to hand over the issue to the special investigation team saying that there was no credible information.
