Will Pawan Kalyan spare Ram Gopal Varma?

Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is one of the most entertaining personalities in Telugu cinema. Though he has Bheem horribly out of form in the recent years and making scrap content, he has sustained the interest of the audience with his funky acts on social media.

However, the fact that Varma shared offensive morphed pictures of Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, and Pawan Kalyan back in the YCP tenure has come back to haunt him in ways he wasn't even aware of. With the AP police actively pursuing him, RGV is on the run and he is nowhere to be seen in the public eye.

On this matter, Pawan Kalyan made a very interesting comment today. He was asked by a reporter whether he would oversee the matter of RGV's arrest, Pawan said it doesn't come under his purview and said the Home Minister is responsible for it.

When asked by a journalist about the delay in arresting RGV, Pawan said the police are on the job. “I am a panchayat raj minister and I am better equipped to answer those questions. I will take up your feedback to the home minister and see what can be done.” Pawan noted.

However, this brings us to the question, with Pawan being the deputy CM of AP, would he be willing to spare his fellow film industry personality Ram Gopal Varma. The chances are excruciatingly low for this one, given the nature of abusive and offensive posts that Varma had shared in the past. He is likely to be mandated to pay the price for what he's done.
