Wives In Elections: Husbands Busy In Campaigning Activities!

Family is a big support to anyone and politicians are no different in this. When leaders are in the race for the elections we see the family members hitting the roads and campaigning for them. Usually, we see the wives, sisters, and other families of the candidates to take part in the campaign.

But things have changed now and husbands are busy working for their wives who are contesting the upcoming elections. The list includes MPs, MLAs, and Cabinet Ministers too.

Daggubati Purandeswari: The former Cabinet Minister is trying her luck from the Rajahmundry MP seat. She is busy holding meetings and campaigning. She is having a busy time as she is the state chief of BJP, and she is working hard. It is said that her husband Daggubati Venkateswara Rao is also working hard. The ex-MP is aggressively going forward and holding meetings for his wife.

Roja: The Actress-turned-politician needs no introduction. Roja has a firebrand image and she is a Cabinet Minister. In Cabinet 2.0 she was made the tourism Minister. Roja won twice from the Nagari segment and wants to record a third win. As the tier two leaders are said to be against her, her family members came into the picture and her husband also hit the road.

Murugudu Lavanya: Mangalagiri is one of the hot seats in Andhra Pradesh. It is the sitting seat of YCP. In the seat, Lavanya was announced as the candidate and she will face Nara Lokesh, who wants to enter the Assembly House this time. As the fight is expected to be intense her husband is working hard.

Vidadala Rajini: The Andhra Pradesh Health Minister is trying her luck from the Guntur West seat. She is the sitting MLA from Chilakaluripet. As part of the change in candidates, she was shifted to Guntur West. As this is a new seat Rajini's husband is said to be working hard for her and her victory in the polls.

Vemireddy Prashanti Reddy: She is the TDP candidate from the Kovur Assembly constituency for the upcoming polls. Her husband who is contesting as the MP is said to be taking care of the couple's campaign activities. While focusing on his campaign from the Nellore MP seat, Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy is also overseeing his wife's campaign activities.
