Can BC Card Help YCP To Win Hindupur Seat?

The 2019 elections are a nightmare for the Telugu Desam Party. The party recorded the worst election performance by winning just 23 Assembly seats. This is the least number of seats the party won since its inception. Even the heavyweight leaders lost the elections in a big concern for the party.

Despite the Jagan wave, TDP had managed to win its strongholds. Hindupur contested by Balakrishna is one of the seats. The YCP wants to win all the Assembly seats in the state and is putting some serious efforts into this.

Concerned regional coordinator Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy is on a Hindupur tour for some days. He is busy touring the region and meeting the leaders. It looks like the YCP is adamant about winning the Assembly seat. Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy said that a BC woman leader will be fielded from the YCP in Hindupur.

Deepika is the in-charge of the Hindupur seat from the YCP. While there is no official word she might be the candidate from the party.

Now we have to wait and see if the BC card can help YCP win the seat. Woman card is also an advantage here. Hindupur has been the stronghold of TDP since its inception. Earlier party founder NTR represented the seat.

Now it's the turn of his son Balakrishna to represent the seat. As the father and son are the MLAs here, people have a special place for them. It is not easy to defeat the TDP there. Having understood this, the YCP might be going for the BC card. Let us wait and see what happens.
