YS Sharmila continues to be a political sensation. She made a late entry into AP Politics before the elections. However, she was made the AP Chief of Congress and she aggressively campaigned for the party. She lost the elections but she managed to get a good number of votes in her first election.

She has been targeting her brother politically for some time and she upped the game after becoming the APCC chief. Sharmila did not stop targeting her brother even after the elections. We have seen how Sharmila asked Jagan on why he did not protest in Delhi in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case.

It is known that Jagan is staging a protest in the National capital Delhi over the situation in the state. At the same time, Sharmila started a protest demanding measures for the flood-affected areas.

She reached the area and staged a different protest. Sharmila staged a protest in the water. She described the problems faced by the people with the floods and sought help for them. Sharmila said that farmers are affected by the floods as their fields are filled with water and they should be helped.

When AP faced continuous rains Sharmila urged the government to help the farmers and not ignore them. Taking forward her fight she went to the flood-affected areas and sought help. What she did is a good thing as she stood with the farmers.

However, the timing of the protest raised many doubts about whether it is a counter-strike from her. Earlier everyone showed interest in Jagan’s protest in Delhi to see what he would do. But the focus went on to Sharmila with her in-water protest.

Sharmila visited the flood-affected agri lands in Tadepalligudem today which are in water. She entered the fields despite the water and the water level was up to her waist. This did not stop her from protesting. She said that this is the situation of the farmers with the floods.
