Is Rajamouli Planning The Next Part Of His Biggest Hit?

Rajamouli is winning over the West with his emotional action adventure 'RRR'. He is getting invited to various screenings and film festivals across the globe. He was in Toronto, Los Angeles and many other parts enjoying the success of his multi-starrer set in the backdrop of the Indian Independence movement. There are rumours that he is indirectly promoting 'RRR' abroad in order to get into the notice of the jury who is going to decide on the Oscar nominations. As we know, A Gujarati film was preferred over Rajamouli's magnum opus as India's official entry to the Oscars which angered many.

Keeping it aside, he recently spoke to a media outlet and revealed that he has plans of making the third part in the 'Baahubali' franchise. He stated that only one film of his was left with an open ending and it is 'Baahubali 2' where a small girl asks at the end about Mahendra Baahubali's rule and his heir. This left the door open for the third part and Rajamouli seems to have dropped a hint regarding the conception of another story from Baahubali bloodline.

While 'Baahubali' franchise made him famous nationwide, 'RRR' is getting him international recognition. With Mahesh's globetrotting adventure, he is expected to create more records and become an even bigger name in the international market. This lays a perfect platform for him to make the third part from 'Baahubali' universe and tell the story on a global scale. Let us wait and see what happens.
