H-1B Visa Challenges: Rising Frustration Among U.S. Graduates
X

It is already known that the United States government has made it very hard to secure H1B visas due to the various restrictions that have been put in place. This is serious doubts amongst the job seekers who are stagnated about their career choices now.

Notably, many American college graduates are finding it hard to get jobs, even though they have good degrees and work experience. At the same time, they see international students getting jobs through the H-1B visa program, which allows U.S. companies to hire foreign workers for skilled positions.

This situation has caused frustration among U.S. graduates, who feel the system is unfair. They believe companies are choosing foreign workers over local graduates, sometimes because they can pay them less. Some say that the system is being misused, with companies using the H-1B program to fill regular job openings instead of truly specialized roles.

Graduates who worked hard through college, did internships, and got good grades are asking why they’re being passed over. Some have started online campaigns and petitions, calling for changes in the visa system.

They want the government to give more support to American job seekers and make sure the H-1B program is not harming local talent.

Several potential candidates who had applied for H1B visas are now in a spot of bother due to the lethargic approach of the government and the subsequent restrictions that have been placed on them.
