The episode raised many eyeballs and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has been facing severe criticism for allegedly targeting the former Congress chief. The issue also brought a response from Germany.

On the other hand, the opposition parties are coming together to support Wayanad MP. The Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu, Delhi, and West Bengal extended their support to Rahul Gandhi and slammed the BJP for targeting the opposition leaders to settle the political scores.

Now an actress-turned-politician also supported Rahul Gandhi and revealed how he played a big role in her life and helped her to come out of the bad phase in her life. The actress gave a big position to Rahul Gandhi and called him an important person in her life after mother and father.

Popular Kannada actress Ramya said that her father's death left a big toll on her and developed suicidal thoughts. The actress-politician said that Rahul Gandhi helped her in tough times and gave emotional support to her when it required the most.

"When I lost my father, I had hit rock bottom. I did contemplate ending my life. I had become a recluse. I had also lost the election. It was a period of grief. During that time, Rahul Gandhi helped me and supported me emotionally too," Ramya said.

Ramya has been with the Congress for some time and the pictures she clicked of Rahul Gandhi at a Museum became a big weapon for the BJP to target her. Earlier she made an emotional post on this and said that she is feeling very bad about this. Later she quit the social media wing of the party in Karnataka.

Ramya is a popular actress and she is also known as Divya Spandana. Her film career is around two long decades and appeared in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada films. She joined the Congress in 2019 and she was one of the star actresses in Kannada then. After a long time, she is making a comeback to films.
