As the Telangana High Court heard a petition on Monday evening, he filed a petition seeking an exception from appearing before the CBI.
However, the Court said that it cannot interfere in the case and asked the MP to approach CBI only. Avinash is in a dilemma as no response came from the CBI and the court also said it cannot do anything. With no option left, he appeared before the CBI again.
He came to Hyderabad as the CBI officers who questioned him thrice served him notice. The officers led by CBI SP Ram Singh are questioning him. We have to wait and see if they will arrest him or not. The proceedings stopping CBI from arresting Avinash Reddy ended on Monday. There is a big suspense in this.
