It is known that Telangana Chief Minister KCR and Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan are having issues and they have been locking horns of late. Respecting the office and post is the reason behind the fight between the two.

Telangana Governor Tamilisai alleged that Raj Bhavan was not respected and the Governor's Office has some stature and it needs to be respected. But the state government alleges that if the Governor acts as per her duties then she will be respected but she is acting as a Bharatiya Janata Party leader.

The issues between them are going on for a long time. Taking the issue to a next level Tamilisai appeared in a TV debate and breathed fire on the state government. Governor taking part in a TV debate is said to be the first time.

As a surprising development, Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan showered praises on the Telangana government. Given the issues, she has with the Chief Minister her comments caught the attention of one and all.

Tamilisai addressed the State Legislative Assembly and Council ahead of the budget sessions following the tradition and gave a speech. Addressing both houses, the Governor said that Telangana is traveling on the path of progress, and the administration of the Chief Minister is taking the state on the path of success.

The Governor went on to say that the state has come a long way from fighting for every drop of water and supplying safe drinking water and the villages in the state have transformed completely

"The state is progressing in a phenomenal manner on every front. The extraordinary success of the state of Telangana is due to the blessings of the people, the skillful administration by the Hon'ble chief minister, the hard work of the people's representatives, and the dedication shown by the government employees," the Governor said.
