Court Gives Date For Sunitha's Plea On Avinash's Bail!

Putting an end to a lot of suspense, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy was given anticipatory bail in the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy. He was given bail with some conditions that he should appear before the CBI officers every Saturday and cooperate with them in the case investigation.
It has been widely reported that Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy was arrested briefly in the case and was released. If we have to take anything from the media, he was arrested on the third of this month when he visited the CBI office to face the questions. However, he was let go shortly.
Amid this, all eyes are on the Supreme Court to see how Supreme Court deals with Avinash Reddy's bail. A petition filed challenging his bail was filed with the Supreme Court and the court gave a date to hear the petition.
Suneetha Narreddy, daughter of Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy who has been fighting for justice in the case has moved the Supreme Court. In her petition, she is said to have mentioned that Avinash is the local legislator and he is getting support.
The Supreme Court listed the petition on the 13th of this month and we have to wait and see how the court will deal with the petition. Avinash Reddy's father and aide were already arrested in the case.
Sunitha has been alleging that Avinash Reddy has a role in the case and he is not cooperating with the officers. She is said to have mentioned the same in her petition. She took the development of Avinash Reddy not responding to CBI notices as many as four times and with the support he is getting, the probe is getting efforted.
It has to be mentioned here that CBI is also saying the same and it told the court the same version. The Investigating officers earlier said that they want Avinash Reddy into custody so that the investigation and questioning becomes easy.
