End Of Suspense, Avinash Reddy Granted Bail!

The CBI is investigating the murder case of former MP Ys Vivekananda Reddy. Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy is one of the accused in the case and there is suspense on his bail and what the court would do. The MP already moved the Supreme Court and High Court to get the anticipatory bail.
Due to various reasons, the TDP and Yellow media is showing big interest in the case and the media channels are running a trial in the case. We have seen how a news channel cashed the vehicles of MP Avinash Reddy. They are trying their best to project the news that Avinash is involved in this.
But the same gang faced a big blow with Avinash Reddy getting anticipatory bail. This should be seen as a big disappointment for the party and pro-media as he was given anticipatory bail.
The yellow media has been holding discussions and debates for the past few weeks on whether Avinash Reddy would get a petition and how the MP is missing the CBI interrogation stopping the pace of the investigation.
But the issue took a big turn with the High Court giving him anticipatory bail. However, a few conditions were also imposed. He should submit two sureties with a bond of Rs 5 lakhs and he should not leave the country without informing the CBI.
He should not fearise the witnesses in the case and should not tamper with the pieces of evidence. On top of this, he should corporate with the CBI in this and appear before the CBI officers from 10: 30 AM to 5:00 PM every Saturday. Saying that the CBI could not present a single piece of evidence against Avinash Reddy, the High Court said that CBI can approach the Court if Avinash won't follow the conditions.
