The murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy is going through a lot of twists and turns regularly. Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy has been facing the heat in the case as he is one of the accused on the case. He was earlier questioned in the case and the investigation agency CBI wants to take him into custody.

On the other hand, YS Avinash Reddy has been saying that he is innocent and he has nothing to do with the case. He even alleged that CBI is not on the right track and the officers are not putting focus on the last letter Viveka had written and his comments even made the High Court angry.

As another big twist in the case, YS Avinash Reddy got a big relief as the High Court gave him protection from arrest till the coming Wednesday. Hearing a petition, the court said that he cannot be arrested till Wednesday.

The Telangana High Court gave the interim orders giving protection for YS Avinash Reddy till Wednesday. Having said that, the court announced it will give its final verdict on Wednesday and hence the protection was granted for a few days. Let us wait and see what happens next.

YS Avinash Reddy's lawyers informed the court that his mother's health is not well and was treated at a hospital. Giving this as a reason, the lawyers requested the High Court to grant permission for him till Wednesday. Lawyers representing the Central Bureau of Investigation also placed their arguments.

After listening to arguments, the High Court of Telangana gave orders granting him protection. As the High Court would give its final verdict on the anticipatory bail of the Kadapa MP, all eyes are on the court to see what it will decide on his bail.

The bail reached the High Court when the Supreme Court said that it cannot hear the petition and gave orders directing the vacation bench of the High Court of Telangana to hear the petition. Having granted protection, the High Court would give its final verdict on the 31st of this month, which falls on Wednesday.
