India might be a developing country. But that did not stop the nation from being a big player in IT services and experts. Indian IT employees are more skillful than others and this is the reason why Indians are preferred by most companies. India has a few major Tech giants.

Bengaluru-based Information technology company Infosys is one such giant. It is dubbed one of the major public companies in the world. Narayana Murthy founded the company in Pune which was later shifted to Bengaluru. Infosys has one of the big workforces.

Infosys founder N.R. Narayana Murthy created a sensation with his appeal to bring the old regime that allows Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to stay in India for 183 days rather than 120 days. He said that this is resulting in India losing more than two months in NRIs presence.

Talking about the value the NRIs bring, Narayana Murthy said that they have a big role to play and they have a special place for the country in hearts and their services and contributions should be used.’

"The objective of turning the dreams of the founding fathers of our country to provide the poorest child in the remote village with access to good education, healthcare, nutrition and a sheter would be achieved fast through embracing NRIs, who come with tremendous value," Narayana Murthy said.

NRIs have a big role to play in the Indian economy. Their remittances are the most significant source of foreign exchange. They also make investments in their regions to improve the facilities. In a few states like Gujarat, NRIs are accountable for a big amount of investments.
