Operation Telangana: Former-MP Gearing to Don BJP Shawl?

The saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) is strong in the northern states which is not the same in the southern states. Barring Karnataka, the Union government is in power in any of the southern states. To change the status quo, the BJP is giving special focus on the southern states.



Compared to other states, the lotus party Bharatiya Janata Party is a big strong in Telugu state Telangana with representation in Assembly and Parliament and the party wants to push the strength further. As part of that, the saffron party is gearing up to hold two-long meetings and the stalwarts will be addressing the party workers.

Eyeing the next general elections in the 29th state of India Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be touring the capital city Hyderabad next week. The BJP leaders and cadre are busy making arrangements for the meeting.

As a shot in the arm for BJP, ex-MP and former Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) leader Konda Vishweshwar Reddy is believed to join the saffron party. The top leadership of the Telangana wing of the BJP went into touch with the ex-MP and he told them that he will decide on this soon.

To stay in politics he has to join any party. He cannot go back t RS due to his issues with the party. Congress is suffering from internal issues and he cannot survive long in the party and BJP is the only option left.

Those who are not happy with TRS are joining the BJP. Recently, Etela Rajender also joined the party and there are reports that the BJP MLA might get a plus post under the promotion. Now MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy is also believed to decided to join the BJP.
