Why every party is running after this leader?

One politician who is being sought by everyone in poll-bound Telangana is former minister and Telangana movement's key leader Eatala Rajender. While the BJP is desperately trying to keep him in its flock, the other two major political forces in the state - the Congress and the ruling BRS - too are leaving no stone unturned to woo him.
Recent statement of Eatala that while he was trying to woo Jupally and Ponguleti into the BJP, the duo was in turn, trying to ‘brainwash' him. He said that they were asking him to join the Congress Party or form a new regional party. Even PCC chief Revanth Reddy, who incidentally, has close relations with Eatala, is trying to win over him.
Meanwhile, there is said to be an attempt from the BRS itself to bring him back into the party. Eatala had played a key role in the movement for a separate Telangana state and has remained one of the most well-known faces of the party after the KCR family. So, some key BRS leaders are said to be in touch with Eatala these days. They are said to be asking him to rejoin the party.
Meanwhile, the BJP too is worried about losing Eatala. The party sees him as a leader with great potential. It feels he can draw more leaders into the party from other parties. In fact, it has made him the chairperson of the joinings committee. It feels he can be a great asset to the party and doesn't want to lose him. As a result, Etala has now become the most sought after leader in Telangana.
