Will Avinash Reddy Attend Next CBI Session?
X
Under a dramatic turn of events, Avinash Reddy skipped the CBI interrogation in connection with the murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy. He was supposed to appear before the CBI Officers in Hyderabad yesterday. However, he skipped the session and wrote to CBI saying that his mother’s health is not well. He skipped the CBI session for the second time in a row.

Now the latest news is that the CBI officers served notice to Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy directing him to appear before them. In the orders, he was directed to reach the CBI office on May 22nd at 11 AM. The notices were sent to the ruling party MP.

Now all eyes are on Kadapa MP to see what he will do now. Will Avinash Reddy attend the next CBI interrogation session is the main question here? A debate is going on about whether he will attend the next session or miss it as he did earlier. The question of how the MP is going to react to the CBI notices needs an answer. In a couple of days, he should attend the session and we would get clarity on this. He was directed to appear before the CBI office on May 22 which is on Monday. Let us wait and see what happens next in the case.

Avinash Reddy was earlier directed to appear before the officers on the 16th of this month. But he skipped that saying that he had pre-occupied commitments and he cannot respond to the short notice. He had written to the CBI officers saying the same and the CBI replied.

Central Bureau of Investigation officers accepted the request and directed him to appear before them three days later and the questioning date was fixed on May 19, which is yesterday.

Avinash Reddy skipped the interrogation session for the second. His mother falling ill is the reason behind Avinash missing the sessions yesterday. However, the Central Bureau of Investigation officers are said to be not happy with this and are angry at him for missing the session for the second consecutive term. He was served notice for the third term to attend the session.
