A Lot To Learn From The Tamil Stars!

Update: 2022-09-24 15:20 GMT
The pre-release event of the magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan – 1' took place in Hyderabad on Friday night. With Mani Ratnam being busy with the post-production works, he couldn't attend the event but the rest of the cast arrived. As we know, the cast includes huge names like Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Karthi and Jayam Ravi. Legendary music composer AR Rahman too attended the event. With such big stars arriving, one would expect that the event started late and got finished after 10:30 PM or 11 PM.

But it is the exact opposite of what actually happened. The event was supposed to start at 7 PM and the entire team arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. They had a great time during the event and wrapped it up by 9 PM with all the speeches getting completed on time. Also, not one bouncer was spotted around the film throughout the event. This is not what the Telugu audience were used to.

When a star hero film's pre-release event takes place, it started later than planned. The crowd starts becoming restless and interrupts the people who are speaking. An hour or two later, the star hero arrives with an army of bouncers around him. It creates a huge haphazard and after 30-40 minutes, the entire team goes onto the stage. Everyone takes a lot of time and the star hero speaks for a minimum of 20 minutes. It will nearly be 11 PM by the time it ends. This is the common scenario that happens every time. It is not just for big hero films but even medium-range films also organize events in the same way.

After looking at the Hyderabad event of 'PS – 1', many netizens feel that this is how an event should be organized and the Telugu star heroes need to make sure of that.
