The ongoing outbreak of the Novel corona virus has shown its impact on National Capital Delhi with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announcing the shut down of Schools, Colleges and Cinema Halls till March 31 so that the virus wonât spread further.
He said that all the public places including government and private offices and shopping malls will be disinfected and declared an epidemic in the National capital.
"All cinema halls to remain shut in Delhi till 31st March. Schools and colleges where exams are not being held will also remain closed," the Chief Minister said.
Now Delhi marks the second state to shut down the cinema halls in the state after Kerala announced that the movie theaters will be closed following the outbreak of the deadly COVID-19.
