How Can Managers Judge Stories? - RX100 Director

Update: 2018-07-22 16:26 GMT
Ajay Bhupathi seems to be not in the mood to follow the advice of bigwigs, Talk less, Work more! Even though we talk the right word, sometimes they may bite us at a wrong place during wrong situation.

Anyways, he made valid points if people really hope to follow. He said, "I like to ask one thing all the heroes, how can managers judge a story? Here, heroes don't have any free time, so they ask managers to listen to the stories.

Once the manager likes the story, writer gets a chance to meet the hero. That means a hero is following the mindset of his manager than his own.

This leads to confusion and if the movie really doesn't suit the hero, then the manager is not at the fault but hero himself is.

Managers don't have script knowledge. But an actor should! So, the actor if he has time, he should hear to the stories and decide, rather than depending completely on a manager, who won't be able to understand the nuances like a professional," commented the director.

And he also revealed about his relationship with Baahubali Prabhas. He said, "Prabhas is related to my wife's cousin sister. So, we are related too. But I haven't met him till now and will meet him soon, I guess.".
