The lockdown imposed in India in the third week of March has now entered the third week and the Centre has announced some relaxations for some sectors so that it will help the economy which faced huge losses during the lockdown period.
It has been reported that the Centre has decided to permit the Malls and Cinema Halls in the green and orange as the areas reported less number of cases when compared to the Red zones.
Madhya Pradesh government has decided to open the retail shops in the state from morning 6 to till midnight. Now the Centre also looking at the same thinking that by keeping the shops open for a longer period, the public will not rush to the shops.
"The Retailers Association of India(RAI) welcomed the Government's idea to open the Malls and retail shops till the late hours. By doing so we can follow social distancing can be followed and the fears can be cleared," RAI CEO Kumar Raj Gopalan said.
