Court gives Full Dose to CBFC over UP movie

Update: 2016-06-10 17:19 GMT
Actually the final judgement copy of the Court will be out on 13th June, and it seems like few journalists have revealed the court proceedings today. In the arguments that took place in Bombay HC today, Judge has slammed CBFC for their attitude and has cut them in size in connection to "Udta Punjab" movie's Censor row.

Calling that films are nothing but portrayal of reality by creative people, Judge has today slammed CBFC for becoming a Censoring board rather a Certification board. Reportedly court has decided to ignore the 89 cuts suggested by Censor board and just asked the makers for 1 cut, a removal of urinating scene, and will be allowing them to release movie on publicised date of July 1st.

Once the judgement is out on Monday, that will be a superb victory for Udta Punjab team, mainly for director Anurag Kashyap (He produced this film) who has fought very hard.
