'Gautami' Becomes 'Indiramma'

Update: 2018-05-07 08:28 GMT
Nandamuri Balakrishna is trying to get the biopic on his father, NTR on the sets as soon as possible.

Even though the movie shoot started recently, with Teja, the director quitting the movie, everything has gone on a backseat.

Balakrishna now has to announce the director and get the movie rolling as soon as he can.

The buzz is that he will direct the movie on his own with the help from some of the Industry seniors, whoever is available.

The latest update we are hearing is that for the movie, Hema Malini accepted to play Indira Gandhi's role. It is due to her intervention into the affairs of Andhra Pradesh legislation that Nadendla Bhaskar Rao was able to become Chief Minister for a brief period when NTR went to USA for treatment.

He came back and won the vote of people and formed Government again. This made him a popular figure all over Nation, as nobody could imagine someone going against Indira Gandhi and winning over her.

In this movie, the character comes  at a very crucial juncture it seems and for the guest role, Balakrishna asked Hema Malini and she accepted it seems. Still, the casting for many other roles is going on it seems.
