He will be celebrating his 66th birthday on Sunday and here is a list of his upcoming movies:
Acharya
This high-budget social drama which is written and being directed by Koratala Siva has been in the making from a really long time. Set in a fictional village named âDharmasthaliâ, this film revolves around temples, corruption and even has a touch of Naxalism too. Ram Charan is playing a key role named Siddha in this movie. Pooja Hegde will be seen as his romantic interest of Charan while Kajal is the heroine of Chiranjeevi. Sangeetha will give a special appearance and veteran composer Mani Sharma is working on the music. The film also includes noted actors like Sonu Sood and others playing crucial roles. Fans are eagerly waiting to see the father and son duo together on the big screen. Matinee Entertainments is bankrolling this project along with Konidela Production Company.
âLuciferâ Remake
While âAcharyaâ is in the last leg of its production, Megastar has already started working on âLuciferâ remake under the direction of Mohan Raja who made films like âThani Oruvanâ and many remakes of our Telugu hits in Tamil. A lot of top artists are going to be a part of this film and Thaman is composing the music. This movie is expected to hit the screens during the first half of 2022. Megaa Super Good Films is producing this movie.
âVedhalamâ Remake
Megastar has given green signal to the remake of Tamil film âVedhalamâ under the direction of Meher Ramesh which surprised many. Produced by AK Entertainments, a massive update regarding this project will be coming out on Megastarâs birthday which is on 22nd August. Fans are curious to know more about it. It will be Chiruâs 155th film.

This project will be made in the direction of Bobby and Mythri Movie Makers will be producing this film. Bobby has reportedly narrated an interesting script for which the legendary hero gave his nod immediately. The shooting is expected to commence once the above projects get completed.
