The trend of biopics is currently going on in Bollywood. Especially the biopics of sports persons are becoming blockbusters at the box office. Now the filmmakers are eyeing on the other industries. If the lives of some famous persons has some melodrama makers are picking them to make the biopic. Recently a biopic is going to be made on the life story of Sivasena party founder Bal Thackeray.
The actor who is going to play the lead in this film is none other than Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Interestingly, the party members of Shivsena hate Muslims but how can they accept it when a Muslim actor is going to play the role of their Idol Bal Thackeray? If it is the biopic of someone else they would have ignored it but the case of Bal Thackeray is different. Both politically and religiously, he is a very important person. He is the one who demanded to give priority to Marathi language in Maharashtra. On the other side, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is a talented and professional actor but it has become a suspense whether the audience can digest seeing him as Bal Thackeray or not.
When asked the same, Shivsena MP Sanjay Raut who is writing the script for the biopic stated that all the questions will be answered with the first look that is going to get unveiled on 21st of this month. Taking inspiration of some incidents from Bal Thackeray life, director Ram Gopal Varma has already done 3 parts of Sarkar movie. But writer Sanjay Raut is claiming that there are still some untold stories about him which are going to be shown in this film.
