Tollywood heroes Naga Chaitanya.. Rana are good friends more than relatives. Naga Chaitanya appears like a cool guy but Rana is jovial and talkative. Rana gave an interesting speech during the audio function of Naga Chaitanya's latest film 'Yuddham Sharnam'. After releasing the poster of the film he said that he had to get involved in so many fights as he was grown up with Chaitu. When anchor asked Rana that "Did you ever come across situations to fight for your family?" Rana answered that he didn't for them but he has been fighting against them for long.
He said that "Passing out from my class in school is a war.. hiding it from my parents is a war.. continuing in the same class rather than moving to the higher class is a war..when Chaitu is passing and moving into the higher class I was failing at the same time, it's a war with myself."
Rana said that "Attending this function is also a war. Because Chaitu is very punctual. He will torture me if I come late.. so I made sure to attend the function on time. They have hyped my presence here. But the technicians who worked for the film are very close to me. Director Krishna is known to me and Naga Chaitanya since our school days. 'Baahubali' second unit director, 'Yuddham Sharanam' line producer Karthikeya is also very close me. If I tell him I'm not ready for the function, he will ask me to come straight away. He is that close."
Rana said that he is basically a selfish guy.. but he will not think selfishly when it comes to Chaitu. He expressed his wish that "Yuddham Sharanam" should become a top hit of this year.. but not bigger than 'Baahubali'.
