Some old rumours do have that producer and businessman Prasad V Potluri (PVP) has tried his level best to grab Vijayawada MP ticket, but as Pawan Kalyan failed to help him, he distanced from Pawan and Janasena. PVP explains what actually happened.
"Actually Pawan stated long back that he wants to start a non-political NGO kind of organisation that will question the governments and help people. But when finally Janasena shaped up, he stated that the party will contest in elections. As he changed his words, I thought I may not continue with him and walked out", said PVP, vehemently denying that he never tried for any MP ticket.
In the wake of his Brahmotsavam promotions, he made these comments.
