Sai Dharam Tej had a good start to his film career with three hits (Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitam, Subramanyan For Sale, Supreme). His downfall began with 'Thikka' and continued till 'Tej - I Love You'. He learnt many lessons during this phase and decided not to repeat mistake.
Interestingly, Tej came up with a new set of rules he would be following for his future projects.
1) Scripts: Choice of scripts has been worse in the past two-and-a-half years. So now, He wishes to take a final decision only after discussing the scripts with his close ones.
2) No Remix Songs & Mannerisms of Chiru: Producers and Directors used to insist including such elements to please Fans. Such an attempt in 'Intelligent' backfired. Tej decided not to accept such proposals anymore.
