Hero seeks Anticipatory Bail to avoid Arrest

Sensing that the situation is going out of his hands, Tamil hero Simbhu moved Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail to avoid arrest in connection with the criminal cases filed against him over the controversial 'Beep Song'. The actor sought quash of the cases filed against him citing some unknown person with interior motive leaked the 'Beep Song' without his knowledge and termed the act as nothing but invading his privacy. Anticipatory Bail Plea is expected to come up for hearing Tomorrow.

On December 12th, Coimbatore Race Course police booked Simbhu and Anirudh following a complaint from All India Democratic Women's Association over use of objectionable lyrics in 'Beep Song'. Summons were issued asking them to appear for questioning but the duo didn't turn up. Fresh summons were served to the actor and composer now.

In addition, Another complaint was lodged by a man identified as Ponnusamy against Simbhu and Anirudh regarding the 'Beep Song'. Cops issued notices asking them to appear before them on January 2nd, 2016.
