Tamannah Bhatia proved to be one of the talented young actress with great looks. In her early career she concentrated more on those roles that will take her close to the mass audience with healthy mix of glamour and performance. Her dancing skills, second to no one became her USP in Telugu and Tamil industries. Mainly in Telugu she became more and more popular as Tammu Darling for her looks and dance moves toe to toe with the actors like Allu Arjun, Jr. NTR and Ram Charan.
Later, when slowly her glamour started becoming yesterday news, she turned a new page as an actor. She concentrated more and more on roles that could increase her shelf life as an actress with different different deglamourised and performance oriented roles. Her image as the glam doll, started changing to an accomplished actor who can perform in any given role. Unfortunately, for her except for Bahubali none of them clicked and she had to brand herself as Bahubali actress to get more and more opportunities.
Looks like she is able to change some perceptions about her. She tried her hand in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, but Hindi has been her least successful industry till now. Recently, she got an offer to star in a remake of Queen, planned as a bilingual. But she opted out with remuneration issues. Now, Vasu Bhagnani who declared himself as a fan of Nayantara is looking to remake her in production movie, Kolayuthir Kalam, that is directed by Chakri Tholeti, who made Eenadu. Prabhu Deva and Bhoomika will play key roles in the remake and Tamannah will be seen as a different abled woman who is deaf and dumb.
