Udta Punjab goes from 89 Cuts to ONE Cut

Bombay High Court Today cleared controversial Bollywood movie 'Udta Punjab' with a single cut. The verdict comes as a big relief to the makers after the Revising Committee suggested 89 cuts to issue Censor certificate.

The High Court directed 'Udta Punjab' Makers to delete the Urination Scene in the movie. In addition, It asked the Produced to issue a revised disclaimer. Division Bench finds nothing in the script which questions sovereignty or integrity of the country. It further added, The film depicts the drugs menace in Punjab.

This judgement means a lot to 'Udta Punjab' Team and everyone who voiced their support it as all the cuss words and adult content will be retained. Most likely, This movie with drugs as a backdrop will release on the scheduled date, June 17th.
