Unnecessary Promotions For Already Hit Songs!

Update: 2020-05-13 05:53 GMT
Promotion is an important part of film business. It is the key factor that determines the range of success a film gets. Sometimes with good publicity, an average film can end up as a hit and lack of publicity leads to a good film ending up as a cost failure. That is why some filmmakers and PR teams work rigorously on the promotions. But sometimes they tend to go overboard and ending irking people.

Latest example is the unnecessary promotions being done for 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo'. The film got released and became a blockbuster during the Sankranti season. But it looks like the PR team is in no mood to stop promoting the film as they are publicising the views for the video songs. They are garnering good views but over publicising them is becoming too much as per the opinion of the experts.

In addition to this, Australian star cricketer David Warner did two Tik Tok videos on 'Butta Bomma' and 'Ramuloo Ramula' songs. Already the fans are sharing and trending it on social media. But the PR team is promoting it as it is some kind of a big deal. Analysts claim that they are not even trying to give a message like spend time with your family happily like Warner or something but using it just for the sake of promoting the film. What is your opinion on it?
