Balayya’s Golden Jubilee Celebrations Take Off On A Grand Note!

Nandamuri Balakrishna, who made his debut with the film 'Tathamma Kala', is completing 50 years as an actor. It is a great thing for a hero to complete 50 years of reign in Tollywood and to be at the top of his game for many decades is truly exceptional. He is currently working on his 108th film under Bobby’s direction and his golden jubilee in Tollywood is going to be celebrated in a grand fashion on 1st September.

A curtain raiser program was held at FNCC on Wednesday to reveal the details of the ceremony. Both Nandamuri Ramakrishna and Nandamuri Mohanakrishna launched the poster of Golden Jubilee celebrations in this event and many noted personalities attended it as well. Film Chamber President Bharat Bhushan said, “We are asking for all your cooperation to make this program a success on September 1.”

Director Boyapati Srinivas said, “We get tired just walking for 50 minutes. He has been making films like this for 50 years. It is a very commendable thing that all the film giants came on a platform to recognize his hard work and honor him. I would like to thank everyone who is doing this program. Completing 50 years and 109 films in the industry without playing a repeating role is not a common thing. I want him to always be energetic and make good movies. Similarly, on the occasion of the completion of 50 years of actor Balakrishna's life on September 1, I wish everyone to come and make the program a big success.”

Writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna said, “I am a fan of Rama Rao garu. We were fortunate enough to write a film for Rama Raogar, whom I adored. In 1981, I wrote for the movie Chandasasanudu. At that time a handsome boy came. He is Balakrishna. Each hero has a different body language. Balayya has a different body language. The thigh-slapping dialogue suits Balayya. Every movie we wrote was success for Balayya. I am shocked that he has completed 50 years. I thought I was 50 years old. Director YVS Chowdhary said, "In May 1974, I saw the movie Tatamma Kala in Gudivada. From there, 50 years flashed before our eyes and we have come this far, it seems like a dream. Then I was the son of a lorry driver. A fan of Rama Rao garu. After that, I feel fortunate to come to the industry and speak in front of you like this. Nandamuri Balakrishna was at home with his parents as well as his teacher. That is his luck. He seemed like a legacy carrier to his father in politics as well as movies. Senior producer C Kalyan said, “I am happy and afraid that our Balayya Golden Jubilee function is going on. His films and his collections are all records.
