In the movie industry, it's a common occurrence for successful scripts to face the risk of being stolen. This trend isn't new; it has happened with big hits like "Srimanthudu" in recent times, and even a recent small movie blockbuster movie faced unexpectedly the same challenge.

That is to say, the blockbuster Telugu film "Baby" directed by Sai Rajesh has found itself caught in such a controversy. A short filmmaker and cinematographer named Sriram Shririn claims that the movie's script was stolen from him.

According to Shririn, he shared his script titled "Kanna Please" with director Sai Rajesh in 2015. Rajesh later suggested he present the story to producer Srinivasa Kumar Naidu. Now, Shririn alleges that "Baby" is essentially his script, just renamed "Preminchoddu." He has filed a complaint at the Raidug police station, and an investigation is underway.

This news comes as "Baby" gears up for a Hindi remake, marking Sai Rajesh's Bollywood debut. While the success of the film continues, a shadow of doubt has been cast, raising questions about creative ownership and fair play in the industry. The ongoing investigation will determine the truth behind the accusations.
